In this blog post, we showcase the latest advancements in our ADU and retaining wall project. The Sinai Construction team has successfully stabilized the hillside with precisely engineered caissons, which were then covered with concrete. This set the stage for the footings to be laid and the foundation of the ADU to start taking form. With the concrete poured over the footings, we're now poised to commence the actual building phase.
