The seismic retrofit project was done with exceptional communication, coordination, gracious care, and ease! It passed inspection and received praise from the inspector.  I received several inspections/bids before selecting Sinai Construction.  What put them on the top of my list was Daniel's quality of attention to my concerns, coupled with his detailed analysis of my home and quality design plans.  My house had a tricky problem, which the other bidders did not plan to address.  Sinai created a practical solution by going the extra mile, which cost them time, effort and money. In addition to the plans for the brace and bolt, I learned about pre-existing issues which had not been pointed out by other contractors. The work took less time than we anticipated.  Daniel was exceedingly patient and always gracious even when it took longer for the funding to complete.  Their pricing came in med-hi compared to the others, however, we found a workable compromise to this.  Sinai was head and shoulders above the others, and I have plans to work with them in the future."
